งานแสดงสินค้าและบริการสำหรับผู้ประกอบการและผู้ที่สนใจในธุรกิจ กาแฟ ชา เบเกอรี่ ไอศกรีม และเครื่องดื่ม เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้สนใจในพื้นที่จังหวัดสงขลาและใกล้เคียงมีทางเลือกที่หลากหลาย ในการซื้อสินค้าและบริการในธุรกิจดังกล่าว รวมทั้งเพื่อสร้างโอกาสทางธุรกิจและสร้างเครือข่ายให้กับบริษัทที่เข้าร่วมแสดงงานอีกด้วย โดยการจัดงานในครั้งนี้เป็นครั้งที่ 5 จากกระแสตอบรับที่ดีจากการจัดงานที่ผ่านมา ด้วยยอดผู้เข้าชมในแต่ละงาน ไม่ต่ำกว่า 30,000 อีกทั้งยังได้เสียงตอบรับที่ดีทั้งจากผู้ร่วมแสดงสินค้าในปีที่ผ่านมา กว่า 70 บริษัท
