ICC Hat Yai Profile

Hat Yai is the largest commercial center in Southern Thailand and is the biggest city of Songkhla province and as such is the Central Business District of the province. Further, it is a major tourist destination due to its internationally renowned border trade and historical city, Songkhla’s population is highly ethnically and religiously diverse, including Muslim Malays, Buddhist Thais and migrant populations and beliefs to co-exist and prosper.

The 60th Anniversary of His Majesty the King’s Accession to the Throne international Convention Center or ICC HAT YAI is the largest MICE venue in Southern Thailand. Since its founding in 2008, the ICC Hat Yai has aimed to offer a unique experience to all customers by providing excellent hospitality and services. Furthermore, it has also aimed to take an active role in contributing to local communities, the preservation of the unique art and culture of Southern Thailand and protecting the environment for future generations. After decade of operation, the ICC Hat Yai has accomplished these objectives

ICC Hat Yai Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

During the past decade, The 60th Anniversary of His Majesty the King’s Accession to the Throne International Convention Center (ICC Hat Yai) has served as the venue of meeting, conference, trade fair, and exhibition center. With the awareness and concerns about the quality of life of the surrounding communities, as well as the value creation to the economy, society and environment, ICC Hat Yai has operated Corporate Social Responsibilities activities (CSR) by supporting the activities and participating in the projects organized by the ICC Hat Yai and other external agencies.

The projects initiated under the cooperation between Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), Ministry of Tourism and Sports, Department of Disease Control, Department of Health, Department of Health Service Support, Ministry of Public Health, and etc. to affirm that all tourists would have excellent and happy experience as well as the health safety from the products and services in Thailand.

ICC Hat Yai Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

To provide budget support or aid in operating the useful projects and activities for society and environment that are organized by the divisions at Prince of Songkla University and the external agencies in Songkhla and surrounding provinces.
To promote and encourage the staff of ICC Hat Yai to have the public mind and kindness, participate in the social and environmental services constantly.
To develop the useful projects or activities for the communities surrounding ICC Hat Yai and offer the opportunity to the community members to participate in the activities organized by ICC Hat Yai to construct the positive relationship and offer the benefits to the society and environment.
To initiate and organize the activities that propagate knowledge, useful concepts and guidelines, and to inspire the southern people which lead to the development, resolve social problems base on the collaboration with different sectors.

Sustainable Event Management System Policy

ICC Hat Yai is well aware of the significance of the sustainable management system which is the key of all operations. Therefore, the sustainable management system policy is set and it is the responsibility of the executives and all employees to take part and comply with as follows.

Support and promote the compliance with laws and regulations.
Determine to perform all the tasks appropriately and to be consistent with the value and objectives.
Strive to become the leader of sustainable management and comply with the sustainable development principle.
Prevent, improve and/or mitigate environmental, social and economic problems base on the activities and services related to the organization by the employees and relevant people by reviewing the objectives and setting the continuing plan.
Communicate the sustainable management policy with all employees; internal and external sectors.
Review the policy periodically to ensure the consistency and appropriateness to the ICC Hat Yai.
Enhance the sustainable management system continuously.

Occupational Health and Safety Management Policy

ICC Hat Yai determines to perform the business to promote safety, occupational health and work environment to the employees, staff, customers, and public. With the cooperation of all employees, ICC Hat Yai prevents the accident, injury and work-related illness and will strive to examine, eliminate and minimize the risk or control the harm relates to the business operation of ICC Hat Yai.

To follow the above policy, ICC Hat Yai shall:

Operate and develop the occupational health and safety system, arrange the work environment appropriately, and comply with the agreed laws and regulations.
Support and provide the safe work conditions to be consistent with the objectives, size and context of organization, as well as the risks and occupational health and safety opportunity.
Promote and support all employees to follow the occupational health and safety policy and manual, work procedure, and regulations of ICC Hat Yai.
Support the resources i.e. personnel, time, budget, and training appropriately and sufficiently.
Educate the employees, contractors and people working at ICC Hat Yai to realize that the safety is the responsibility of everyone.
Develop, evaluate, review, and improve the occupational health and safety system in the organization constantly.

ศูนย์ประชุมนานาชาติฉลองสิริราชสมบัติครบ ๖๐ ปี (ICC Hat Yai) ภายใต้การบริหารงานโดย บริษัท เอ็น.ซี.ซี. แมนเนจเม้นท์ แอนด์ ดิเวลลอปเม้นท์ จำกัด มีความมุ่งมั่นพัฒนาการให้บริการอย่างต่อเนื่อง ด้วยทีมงานที่มีคุณภาพ ตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าทุกมิติ ยึดมั่นในการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้

ศูนย์ประชุมนานาชาติฯ จะดำเนินการ ดังนี้

สนับสนุนและส่งเสริมให้มีการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดของกฏหมาย และข้อกำหนดอื่นๆ รวมถึงแนวทางปฏิบัติของวิชาชีพที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ป้องกัน ปรับปรุง และ/หรือบรรเทาต่อความเสี่ยง และภัยคุกคามตามลักษณะของกิจกรรม การบริการ ทั้งของพนักงานและผู้เกี่ยวข้อง โดยจัดทำทบทวนเป็นวัตถุประสงค์ และแผนงานด้านการรักษาความปลอดภัยอย่างต่อเนื่อง
สื่อสารนโยบายด้านการรักษาความปลอดภัยให้กับพนักงาน และผู้เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอก
ทบทวนนโยบายเป็นระยะๆ เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่านโยบายยังคงสอดคล้อง และเหมาะสมกับศูนย์ประชุมนานาชาติฯ
